Not everyone has had the vaccine. I am taking my time because I have antibodies that give me that luxury. The faster we all get antibodies, whether from the vaccine or from exposure, the faster we will achieve herd immunity.
In the meantime, therapeutic options are increasing. Here is one with a drug that has been around for about 65 years with a strong safety record. It works very well with COVID. If you have a horse, you probably are already familiar with it.
It is entirely possible that your doctor is not familiar with it in this context. If you have COVID, and this drug was not prescribed, tactfully point it out to your provider.
