The ancient method of cupping involves using a negative pressure on the skin with a cup was integrated with a massage. Cupping increases blood circulation to the area. This may relieve muscle tension, promote cellular repair, and release fascial and muscular restrictions. It may also help form new connective tissues, encourage the release of toxins and relieve stress.
